My client sought to develop a low-cost disposable applicator for RFID tag injection under thick animal skin. Design constraints included a locking override, sliding action, final position lock/indicator, 3-piece design, and certain geometry requirements.

The client also asked for assistance with a belt/wall mount clip for the scanner that is used to read the RFID tags.
